The exploration of form and type is vital to the education of a designer. This poster series examines the interaction of letterforms against the negative/positive space created by simple circles and squares. A final design was chosen and used as the base for a poster celebrating the Artists Monument by Tony Tasset. Text was added and the piece was colored with the same red represented in the Artists Monument itself. The red was then inverted and used as a secondary color for the text.
